Aloha & Welcome to the Gordon & June Ito Foundation!

The Gordon & June Ito Foundation is proud to have a vital role in supporting Hawaii's next generation of nursing professionals. Gordon Ito, head of a locally and privately owned for-profit group of healthcare organizations, counts on nurses to provide quality care with compassion for patients as well as residents in long-term care facilities.

The Foundation provides a way to support Hawaii's nursing profession and to identify and support promising students in their critical senior year as they pursue an undergraduate degree in nursing from an accredited public university or college in Hawaii.

The objective of the Gordon & June Ito Foundation, as with all of the Ito Healthcare Group, is to improve the quality of life for Hawaii's people, from medically fragile children to the elderly. By supporting one nursing student each year and offering opportunities to work with one of the facilities under the Ito Healthcare Group, the Gordon & June Ito Foundation hopes to uphold a high standard of care in the community to benefit Hawaii's people.
